Intro to Stand Up Paddling
SUP is a fun and adventurous way to explore you're local waterways while getting a great, low-impact, full-body workout.
SUP 1 covers all the basics: equipment, safety, stance, vision, phases of paddling, stopping, turning, water entry/exit, and etiquette.

PaddleFit Take your workout to the water. PaddleFIT is a fun, low impact full body workout that is great for everyone! Thursdays 6:00 - 7:30pm and by appointment. Preregistration required. $20.00
PaddleYoga Practice with Loring from FreedOM Yoga. Loring is a certified YOGAKIDS instructor, 500 RYT, PaddleYoga certified and a Reiki Master.

Dawn Patrol Bring some hot coffee or tea and greet mother nature during the waking hours when there is no wind and the water is like glass. No experience required. 2 Hour Tour $50.00
Sunset Tour Take a calming and meditative paddle while the sun goes down and the wildlife becomes active. No experience required. 2 Hour Tour $50.00
Full-Moon Paddle Explore the lake with a head lamp and glowsticks on this adventure under the moon and stars. No experience required.
Private Session Private sessions are great for 1 on 1 training or private group workouts. 2 Hours
